This blend is made up of Clary Sage and Lime. These two oils are great for that little boost of help some of us need with our fluctuations that happen during our monthly cycle. Use this blend on a tissue to smell or 1-3 drops in the diffuser. Inquire about drop amounts if you are sharing a home with Pets or children.
