This blend is made up of Clary Sage and Lime. These two oils are great for that little boost of help some of us need with out fluctuations that happen during our monthly cycle. Apply this blend to the pressure points of the body, insides of wrists, under ears on jaw or behind the neck. This blend is already diluted in a carrier oil and is therefore safe for on skin use.
