You can put the plug in your shower if you are a shower person or enjoy a long relaxing bath by adding this blend to the water and staying in for at least 15 minutes. It can help to make your feet feel so much better as well, and the aromatherapy from the foot basin can also help to soothe you as well. These natural sea salts are blended beautifully with Roman Chamomile & Lavender. Enjoy the soak!
